“Extended periods of silence, along with the nourishment provided by nature’s elements, works wonders for balancing your energy body, says host Lesley.

“But combined with the vibrations of quality sound, and the other soothing and healing activities included throughout the four days, we make sure visitors leave feeling more than replenished.

“They leave feeling freer, more empowered, knowing more about themselves at a core level, and what they can do to maintain that empowerment when they return to their reality.”Lesley says her mission is to “open a place of love, compassion and acceptance for you, a place free of judgements, where you are encouraged, through gentle empowering and grounding activities, into the freedom of being YOU”.
