How to eat it…
According to The Chia Co, Chia seeds have a very mild taste and will not aﬀect the ﬂavour of what you are eating. They are also easy to include in your everyday diet:
o Sprinkle raw on your food
o Make a gel as a base for smoothies or as an egg replacer
o Add to breakfast cereals, salads and soups.
