This month, we are loving the new series of Breathe Journals from Breathe magazine.
The series includes the List Journal, Mindfulness Journal and Wellbeing Journal – all of which are pocket-sized, interactive and offer a taste of Breathe magazine, which is designed to help you make time for yourself.
Each of the journals, which are published by Ammonite Press, make great gifts too.
The Breathe List Journal, for example, helps you explore the past, present and future. With space to record personal reflections and aspirations, you can use it as a ‘been there, done-that and got the T-shirt’ journal, as well as a ‘would-like-to’ guide to help achieve your goals and live your dreams.
The Breathe Mindfulness Journal is filled with simple exercises designed to help calm the mind, rejuvenate the body and restore balance to busy lives. It’s ideal for discovering easy ways to bring mindfulness into the day-to-day.
Last but not least, the Breathe Wellbeing Journal is all about positive thinking, creative escapes, eating well, spending time outside and regular exercise. This clever little book explains how to incorporate these techniques and activities to establish a slower pace of life and a healthy self-awareness which can work wonders for physical and psychological wellbeing.
To celebrate these great new releases, we have one copy of the Breathe List Journal to give away to one lucky reader. To enter, all you have to do is email the team at firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Breathe Journals’ in the subject line and tell us what inspired you most in our latest issue.
Alternatively, head over to our Facebook page, track down the competition and leave your entry in the comments.
The closing date for entries is 12 noon on 30 November. Good luck!
